LSR utilizes a two-component, platinum-cured silicone system, delivered in sealed containers.

Artwork Design & Digitization:

Alternatively, our in-house design team can collaborate with you to create custom artwork based on your requirements. We offer professional design and rendering services to bring your vision for sublimatable patches and labels to life.

Mold Creation (Tooling):

Based on the approved artwork, our skilled tooling engineers develop precise G-code programming.

Molds are meticulously crafted in-house using advanced CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining.

For highly intricate designs or fine details, EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) with copper electrodes may be employed to achieve superior mold definition.

Color Matching & Material Compounding:
